TINK SMITH GOLF CLASSIC

This annual event is one not to miss for the golfing enthusiast. Teams of four joined together for this shot-gun scramble tournament. Players who did not have a team of four were matched with other golfers to make a foursome.

This year's classic was held on June 6, 2008. Registration included
Green & cart fees, awards party, and a free golf club of their choice up to $120 value. Next year's Tink Smith Classic will be held on Friday, June 5, 2009. For inquireis about next year's classic, please call Gun Burns at 802-297-2096.

Tony Lake welcomed everyone and off they went for a great day of golf and fun.

The weather cooperated.

Hole-in-One prizes on (4) holes (sponsored by Brown Enterprises) include Grand Prize: a Massey Ferguson 4WD tractor a $15,500 value for a Hole-in-One on Lake 4. And, Additional Bonus Prizes for each of the other par three holes: a Sharp Flat-Screen LCD Television, two round trip domestic airline tickets, a set of Callaway Big Bertha Irons.

Carol Cantwell and Marty Silton watched the Lake Four hole to certify the ever elusive hole-in-one.

 

 

There was no Hole-in-One - but every player received a gift certificate for a free golf club.
